The United Arab Emirates Cyber Security Council has issued a high-risk warning for people using the desktop version of Google Chrome, the most popular web browser in the world.

On February 22, the Council recommended that you update to the most recent version of Chrome in order to stop any breaches or leaks of your information and personal data, as well as other malicious actions.

The cybersecurity organization stated that there are "multiple vulnerabilities in the Chrome browser" in its most recent security advisory. As a result of these vulnerabilities, it is possible that attackers might remotely execute arbitrary code on affected computers, compromise sensitive data, or circumvent security constraints.

Google Chrome versions 122.0.6261.57 or earlier are vulnerable to these vulnerabilities, and they affect Windows, Mac, and Linux. There are a total of twelve security fixes included in the most recent version of Chrome, according to Google. Two of these issues were classified as high-severity vulnerabilities, five were classified as medium-severity vulnerabilities, and one was classified as poor severity.
