Police seize many cars in Sharjah due to violations during the rain

When it rains in Sharjah, the police take a large number of vehicles because of offenses.

Police in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, seize eleven vehicles for driving recklessly amid the rain.

Additionally, the authorities stated that 84 automobiles were seized for violations since they gathered at the same spot where the stunts were performed while they were taking place.

The drivers of eleven automobiles were found to be driving dangerously and performing stunts when it was raining, which resulted in the Sharjah Police seizing the vehicles.

According to the Traffic and Patrols Department of the Sharjah Police General Command, the vehicles were taken into custody after the drivers engaged in risky stunts that put their own lives as well as the lives of other drivers in danger.

Additionally, the authorities stated that 84 automobiles were seized for violations since they gathered at the same spot where the stunts were performed while they were taking place.

A fine of 2,000 dirhams and impoundment of the vehicle for 60 days are the penalties for vehicle violations during the rain.

Those who violate the rules of the road while driving in the rain are subject to a fine of two thousand dirhams and the impounding of their vehicle for a period of sixty days.

The authorities have issued several warnings to motorists about the dangers of driving recklessly, and those who violate the rules are subject to a fine of Dh2,000 and 23 points as well. There will also be a period of sixty days during which the vehicle will be seized.

On multiple occasions, the authority reminded and asked motorists to comply with the laws and regulations governing traffic. In addition, they urged locals to report events of this nature to the authorities concerned.
