UAE Launches New Dubai Seafront Residences near Palm Jumeirah

During the opening day of the Dubai Boat Show, Sudhin Siva, VP of Commercial Operations at Shamal Holding, revealed key insights into the project, highlighting its appeal to enthusiasts of the maritime lifestyle. Siva described the Dubai Harbour Residences as a boutique residential development comprising just over 350 apartment units, ranging from one to four bedrooms, in a highly coveted location.

He underscored the pivotal role of the marina in shaping the lifestyle experience within Dubai Harbour, emphasizing the community's dedication to embodying a "sea state of mind." Siva also emphasized the project's adaptability to evolving market demands, with a flexible master plan that anticipates future needs and preferences.

The development is poised to evolve into a vibrant destination over the next five to six years, with an array of amenities such as hotels, restaurants, and retail establishments complementing the residential offerings. With over 700 berths planned for the marina to accommodate the robust demand, Dubai Harbour is poised to emerge as a premier waterfront destination, integrating leisure, dining, and entertainment experiences seamlessly.

In tandem with the development of the Dubai Harbour Residences, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has forged a partnership with Shamal Holding to enhance accessibility to the district. This collaboration will see the construction of a two-lane bridge spanning 1500 meters, facilitating smooth traffic flow between Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Harbour. Abdulla Binhabtoor, Chief Portfolio Management Officer at Shamal Holding, expressed confidence that the bridge would enhance connectivity to this exceptional waterfront locale, aligning with the evolving preferences of modern consumers seeking accessible and enriching lifestyle experiences.
