Dubai Global Village announces new opening hours for Ramadan 2024

Global Village in Dubai is gearing up to offer a host of exciting Ramadan experiences for its visitors. To accommodate the holy month, the multicultural destination has adjusted its operational hours, now welcoming guests from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. instead of the usual 4 p.m. to midnight.

During Ramadan, guests can indulge in a diverse array of iftar and suhoor options spanning various cuisines. Additionally, a new attraction awaits visitors at the Ramadan Wonders Souk, designed to emulate a traditional Emirati market. Guests can explore a plethora of unique offerings from around the globe, immersing themselves in the spirit of Ramadan.

For those seeking extra excitement, Global Village introduces the Step Challenge, offering participants the chance to win coveted prizes such as Samsung Galaxy mobile phones and smartwatches from Apple and Samsung. By simply downloading the Global Village mobile app and reaching 10,000 steps in a single visit, guests qualify for a weekly draw, with winners announced every Friday throughout Ramadan.

The Arabian Orchestra, a talented group of 30 artists, will perform on the Main Stage, captivating entertainment enthusiasts. Other live shows, including dual harp performances, violin recitals, and a mesmerizing Tannoura show, will captivate audiences on both the Main Stage and the Wonder Stage in Mini World.

To illuminate the night sky with splendor, musical fireworks will dazzle spectators every Friday and Saturday at 9 p.m. Additionally, the Dragon Lake will undergo a Ramadan-themed transformation, showcasing an exclusive laser and fire show. Notably, the Ramadan Cannon will continue its tradition of firing at sunset each day, symbolizing the end of fasting.

The Kids' Theatre is a real delight for little guests, with a full schedule of exciting performances every weekend. The Kaleidoscope Show will have a special Ramadan edition with enthralling Arabic puppet shows for kids from Friday through Sunday.
