The list of the cheapest areas for housing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi includes the Tourist Club area, Al Ghadeer area, Al Muroor area, Khalifa City area, and Mohammed Bin Zayed City. The following is a list of average housing prices in these areas.

Housing prices in the Tourist Club area

The Tourist Club area is one of the old areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and it is close to the city center as well as close to Abu Dhabi Mall.

The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the Tourist Club area is AED 60,000.

The average rent for a two-bedroom apartment in the Tourist Club area is AED 80,000.

Housing prices in Al-Ghadeer area

Al Ghadeer is one of the modern residential areas in Abu Dhabi and is the closest to the Emirate of Dubai.
