Kuwaiti Education announces its need for expatriate human resources in 2025

The Ministry of Education announced its need for non-Kuwaiti educational cadres for the next academic year 2024/2025 in 15 specializations for teachers, and 6 for female teachers with “university qualifications” to work in general education schools.

The sources explained that the Ministry issued an official decision clarifying that the specializations required for teachers are English, French, mathematics, science, physics, chemistry, biology, geology, and philosophy, but sufficient experience in the field of teaching is required.

The sources reported that the Ministry has designated only children of Kuwaiti women who are graduates of the College of Education, Basic Education, and public and private universities within Kuwait to fill specific specializations, namely Arabic language, computers, and social studies, in addition to the specializations of Islamic education, decoration, and electricity.

While non-Kuwaiti female teachers (graduates of the College of Education, Basic Education, and public and private universities in Kuwait) were singled out for positions in the English language, Arabic language, computer, and mathematics specializations, they also announced their need for specializations that require experience, namely physics and chemistry.

The Civil Aviation Authority announces the cessation of appointments:

On the other hand, the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority announced the cessation of appointments to the Authority, although only 10 days had passed since the decision to stop appointments was cancelled. The Authority also returned the nomination papers to the central employment system.

The sources revealed that the number of nominations that were returned by the Aviation Authority amounted to more than 100 citizens, and the fate of some of them will be unknown, especially after they have conducted the medical examination and interviews, adding that some of the nominations were from former ministers, including elected ones who issued nomination letters in large numbers without Clear standards and controls for employment, which increased the density of employee numbers until their total number reached more than 7,500 employees.

The sources revealed that those whose nomination papers were returned to the Civil Service Authority will be distributed to other state agencies to fill their vacancies, indicating that the Civil Aviation Administration is witnessing a high demand for appointment applications, due to the high salaries of administrators compared to other government agencies, in light of the presence of some material benefits and high cadres.
